Key responsibilities
Monitor live exam sessions to ensure academic integrity
Verify candidate identity and confirm eligibility and environment requirements
Provide clear instructions before the exam begins
Report or escalate any suspicious behavior or rule violations
Assist candidates with basic technical issues during the test
Uphold ETS's standards for conduct, professionalism, and fairness

- Fast and accurate typing skills for logging incidents
- Proficiency in English—spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting abilities
