About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Maintaining and updating customer records in CRM systems.
- Tracking customer interactions, inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Assisting in customer communication through calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinating with sales, production, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth customer servicing.
- Following up on customer requests and pending actions.
- Supporting the team in resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Preparing and updating CRM reports and trackers.
- Monitoring customer activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Generating basic reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensuring proper documentation and database management.
- Supporting cross-functional projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
