Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing customers through calls, emails, and messages to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to current customers based on their business needs and usage patterns.
Build strong relationships with customers to maximize customer lifetime value and encourage repeat purchases.
Proactively reach out to customers to introduce new offerings, promotions, and value-added solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or service upgrades that align with their goals.
Achieve monthly sales, upselling, and revenue targets through consistent customer engagement.
Follow up on leads generated from existing customer accounts and convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders, renewals, and service requests.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly while identifying opportunities to expand business within the account.
Retain customers by providing excellent service, resolving issues efficiently, and strengthening long-term relationships.
Track customer feedback and market insights to identify trends, improve offerings, and uncover additional sales opportunities.Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage deadlines.
