• This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations & Operations role based in Mumbai. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day queries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The individual will support operations by tracking shipments, monitoring inventory status, and coordinating with internal teams to align warehousing and distribution activities with customer requirements.
• Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports on service performance, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of business. The role also includes supporting process improvements, assisting in client onboarding, and contributing to a professional, service-oriented environment that reflects AIWPLs values.Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience or aptitude in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
• A basic understanding of warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, basic reporting tools); familiarity with logistics or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelors degree in business, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an operational setting.

Salary

Probation:
