- Manage and respond to customer inquiries
- across email and direct messages (Instagram, WhatsApp, or platform DMs) in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain and update CRM records - track conversations, tag leads, and keep customer data clean and organized.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase or post-interaction to
- ensure satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and messaging.
- Help draft and send outreach emails or DM campaigns to engage our existing customer base.
- Need to know fresh chats/ Fresh works
What We're Looking For
- 23 years of experience in CRM/customer relationship management with a strong understanding of customer interactions and engagement. Excellent written communication skills able to adapt your tone effectively across formal emails, customer conversations, and casual messages. Highly organized and detail-oriented comfortable managing multiple conversations, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously. Empathetic and customer-focused mindset you genuinely care about creating positive experiences for the people you interact with. Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Freshchat, Freshworks, or similar platforms) is a plus, but not mandatory. Reliable and consistent approach we value ownership, commitment, and a willingness to learn.
