Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist in onboarding new customers by providing training on our AI software
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
- Provide ongoing support to customers through email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions promptly
- Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our services
- Assist in creating training materials and documentation for customers
- Work closely with the product development team to address customer needs and concerns
