About the Role
The Customer Incentives & Reconciliation role is essential for managing customer payments and ensuring accurate financial operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Customer Incentives, Rebates, Agreement Administration, Customer Payments, Accounts Receivable, Financial Operations, funding programs, rebate administration, promotional programs, or related commercial services functions.
- Knowledge of payment processing, financial reconciliations, agreement validations, and exception management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRMS, REBA, SAP, or similar financial and case management systems.
- Experience generating and analysing operational and financial reports.
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit requirements, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices.
- Experience participating in continuous improvement, standardization, automation, or process transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial controls.
- Experience working in a shared services, commercial operations, or business operations environment.
