About the Role:As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and delightful charging experience. You will handle customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist EV users with charging-related troubleshooting and guide them through the charging process.
- Raise customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
- Educate customers about Statiqs products, services, and charging solutions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all communication channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in CRM/support tools.
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved customer concerns to ensure closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tech, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to service quality standards, response timelines, and operational processes.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts as per business requirements
- WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic understanding of customer service processes and escalation handling.
