About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Design and run customer feedback loops - tastings, surveys, reviews, and NPS tracking

1. Manage customer queries, complaints, and returns with empathy and speed

Conduct competitor analysis -pricing, positioning, packaging, and distribution

1. Identify emerging food trends, whitespace opportunities, and potential pivots

1. Build customer personas and journey maps based on real data, not assumptions

1. Present weekly "Voice of the Customer" reports to the CEO
