About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Handling inbound customer queries on WhatsApp, email and calls with warmth and clarity
- Making outbound calls to customers to collect reviews and check in on their experience
- Helping build and execute review collection campaigns for new product launches
- Managing basic order related tasks and flagging escalations to the CX Lead
- Maintaining trackers and logging customer feedback to spot patterns and improve
- Learning how SOPs, WhatsApp automation and retention flows are built in a live startup
- Supporting the CX Lead on ongoing brand and operations projects

Customer Support Google Sheets MS-Excel
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 17th Jun'26 and 22nd Jul'26
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests
