Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct training and onboarding of students post sales

1. Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly support to students across multiple communication channels

1. Initiate regular calls with students to track their progress and engagement

1. Proactively manage student success and identify opportunities for upselling

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students

1. Perform additional tasks as required to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

1. Act as the voice of the customer for internal teams and collaborate to improve products and services based on feedback

1. Cross-sell and upsell courses to existing students
