Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer support tickets via email, phone, and support platforms.
- Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers using Kasava dashcams and related services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and gather relevant information for technical investigations.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical support teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
- Escalate complex technical problems where necessary and track progress through to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to help improve products and processes.
- Assist with customer onboarding and basic product training when required.RequirementsEssential
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working with support ticketing systems.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new software platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
- Team player with a positive attitude.Desirable
- Previous experience in technical support, customer support, or helpdesk roles.
- Experience supporting hardware, IoT devices, telematics, GPS tracking, or dashcam products.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar.
