Summary:
The Customer Service Support Specialist provides essential support across pre-sales, ensuring smooth order management, service scheduling, and effective customer communication. This role involves handling inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Strong problem-solving are key to success
You will be reporting to : TEAM LEADER, CUSTOMER CARE Noida location
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details.
- Manage order entries, delivery schedules, and project coordination.
- Schedule calls and follow up on service requests.
- Handle requests for company materials and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and product changes.
- 3+ years of experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests with stakeholders.
- Handle customer calls on email and phone calls.
