Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and processes.
Understand customer concerns and provide prompt, effective, and appropriate solutions.
Assist customers with service-related queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Manage customer requests and provide end-to-end assistance whenever required.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
