About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, social media, and other channels.
- Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and maintain an updated lead database.
- Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion rates and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update CRM/Excel with customer interactions, lead status, and daily activity reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly customer acquisition targets.
