About the job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented customer relationship executive to join our growing EdTech team. The employee will be responsible for handling customer communication, managing data, and supporting daily customer relationship operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate and well-organized customer data using Google Sheets
- Share daily reports and updates with the internal team
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication
- Assist with customer follow-ups and basic support activities
