Required significant experience as a Business Analyst within an investment banking or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of how complex business processes are supported by technology and delivered through large scale change programmes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient development environment is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and quality in every deliverable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Proven experience leading analysis on complex technology or transformation initiatives involving multiple systems, workstreams, and senior stakeholders
- A strong understanding of transaction or trading lifecycles and their downstream operational, risk, finance, and reporting impacts
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces and drive clear, evidence based outcomes
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments at scale
- The ability to engage confidently and credibly with senior business and technology stakeholders, influencing decisions and constructively challenging assumptions
- Practical working knowledge of Digital Assets or Distributed Ledger Technology from a business and process perspective, sufficient to assess feasibility, operating model impact, and delivery risk (deep technical expertise not required)
- Strong capability to translate business objectives and regulatory or control requirements into clear, usable inputs for technology delivery teams
- Experience working with documentation tools, code repositories, issue tracking tools, and collaboration platforms
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
