- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of Salesforce development.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization of web components.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration techniques.
