Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements, continuously refining software to enhance performance and adaptability within dynamic project settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Maintain and update documentation to support software development and deployment processes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within cloud environments.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
