Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft BOT Framework.
• Experience in designing and developing conversational agents and chatbots using Microsoft BOT Framework.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and integration with cognitive services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize bot performance across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud services to enhance bot functionalities.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
