• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
• Strong experience in software configuration and customization within regulated environments.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
