Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and support the overall project goals through your expertise and innovative thinking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Analyze project requirements and design software solutions that align with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to SAP systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
