You will engage in designing solutions that align with business processes and application needs, ensuring that the developed software effectively supports organizational goals. Your role includes continuous interaction with various teams to gather insights and refine application designs, contributing to the creation of tailored software that enhances operational efficiency and user experience.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within the project scope.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Gen AI Hub.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on software design and development.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.

Additional Information:
