• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
• Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark.
• Strong knowledge of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks.
• Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization.
• Familiarity with integrating PySpark solutions into larger software ecosystems.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows.
