• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document design specifications and application configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
• Strong understanding of time management processes within SAP HCM and their integration with other modules.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Time Management components to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management functionalities.
• Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and transport management related to HCM modules.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
