The role involves developing high-quality mathematics content, creating engaging concept-based questions, designing instructional materials, and ensuring mathematical accuracy and effective learning experiences. Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office)Experience: 0-2 YearsCompensation: 4.2 LPA - 4.8 LPA (CTC)
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality mathematics questions and learning experiences that build conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and problem-solving skills aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research to develop age-appropriate, concept-driven, and engaging mathematics content for school students.
- Create diverse question formats that assess different cognitive skills, including conceptual understanding, application, reasoning, and higher-order thinking
- Develop instructional content, explanations, worked examples, and learning aids that simplify complex mathematical concepts for young learners.
- Create detailed, learner-friendly solutions that emphasize mathematical reasoning and multiple problem-solving approaches rather than just the final answer.
- Design activities, games, real-world applications, and interactive learning experiences that make mathematics engaging and meaningful
- Review and map curriculum content across chapters, topics, and subtopics to ensure logical progression, coherence, and comprehensive concept coverage.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of mathematical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Collaborate with educators, curriculum designers, product teams, and subject matter experts to integrate mathematics content into digital and classroom learning products.
- Analyse learner performance data, assessment insights, and user feedback to continuously improve content quality, difficulty calibration, and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of assessment frameworks, mastery pathways, and intervention strategies that support personalised learning.
Skills Required
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Human Development, Education, or a related field.
