Since 2016, we have partnered with 2,000+ schools across India and the UAE, creating meaningful educational impact at the primary school level.We are looking for a passionate Math Subject Matter Expert to join our Content Team. The role involves developing high-quality mathematics content, creating engaging concept-based questions, designing instructional materials, and ensuring mathematical accuracy and effective learning experiences. Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office)Experience: 0-2 YearsCompensation: 4.2 LPA - 4.8 LPA (CTC)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, curriculum-aligned mathematics content, questions, assessments, and solutions for K-9 learners.
- Create engaging learning experiences, activities, and instructional materials that build conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Design diverse question types to assess reasoning, application, and higher-order thinking skills.
- Ensure content accuracy, quality, curriculum alignment, and pedagogical effectiveness through rigorous reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content into learning products and enhance learner outcomes through data-driven improvements.
Skills Required
- Masters degree is required in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of K-9 mathematics, pedagogy, and curriculum design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, research, and content development skills.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and learner-friendly educational content.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to understand learner needs, identify misconceptions, and simplify complex concepts.
- Passion for education, continuous learning, and improving student outcomes.
