This is a fully remote role, open to applicants based in India only Business Together Limited (BTLITC) is a UK-based technology consultancy specialising in Cybersecurity, AI Security, IT Consulting, and Digital Transformation. We are looking for a full-time CRM & Revenue Operations Executive to take ownership of our HubSpot CRM and Apollo platform. This role sits at the heart of our sales operation, helping us build and manage our lead generation engine, optimise sales processes, and support business growth. ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automations, pipelines, and reportingManage Apollo prospecting campaigns and outreach sequencesBuild targeted prospect and account lists across multiple sectorsMaintain CRM data quality and accuracyCreate dashboards and management reportsSupport lead nurturing and pipeline management activitiesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI toolsWork closely with senior leadership to continuously improve sales and lead generation processes Required ExperienceMinimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experienceProven experience using Apollo.io for lead generation and outreachStrong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processesExperience building workflows, automations, and reporting dashboardsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently Desirable SkillsExperience working within Cybersecurity, IT Services, Technology Consulting, MSP, or SaaS environmentsHubSpot certificationsLinkedIn Sales Navigator experienceExperience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms What We're Looking ForWe're not looking for someone to learn HubSpot.We're looking for someone who has already used HubSpot and Apollo extensively and can help us build a scalable and repeatable lead generation process.
