About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sector-level deep dives

1. Assist in investor relations, including LP communications, newsletters, and fund reporting

1. Help build and maintain internal trackers, databases, and process documentation

1. Contribute to new product ideation, including certain specific securitisation structures and feasibility assessments

1. Support internal approval processes and regulatory compliance workflows

Other requirements

1. Recently completed an undergraduate degree from a premier institute, CA, CFA, or MBA in finance or related discipline

1. Strong analytical skills; comfort with Excel is a must

1. Clear, concise written and verbal communication

1. Self-starter comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced team with minimal hand-holding
