Education:B.comORMBA in Finance or Marketing IMPORTANT Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays4:00 AM 1:00 PM (IST) Salary:25,000 35,000 per month starting (Based on experience, skills, and interview performance)Salary will be reviewed based on skills and fast learning after 6 months of joining About the RoleWe are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Credit Analysts/Loan Writers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced New Zealand financial advisers and gain valuable exposure to international lending and mortgage practices. Minimum Commitment: We are looking only serious condidates who are interested for a long term career and opprtunity* 2 years required (Bond will be there as part of the contract) Key Responsibilities* Review and assess client documentation to support residential loan applications.* Prepare accurate and complete loan application files for submission to lenders.* Assist financial advisers with managing workflow and client case volumes.* Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and internal processes.* Communicate with banks and lenders regarding loan applications and requirements.* Perform lending calculations, income assessments, servicing calculations, and financial analysis.* Develop a strong understanding of lender policies, credit criteria, and mortgage products.* Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the lending process. Skills & Requirements* MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.* MUST: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.* Previous experience in banking, finance, lending, or mortgage processing is advantageous but not essential.
