Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Conduct targeted outreach to qualified writer leads, scheduling and leading introductory calls to present the StoryFy vision and the value of our Creator Program.
Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding experience by guiding creators through platform setup, clarifying creation workflows, and ensuring a seamless initial user experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, building long-term relationships while actively gathering feedback to share insights with the product team for continuous improvement.
Manage operational workflows by maintaining detailed records of creator interactions, tracking onboarding progress, and executing follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
Contribute to community growth by identifying common creator challenges and proposing innovative strategies to refine the overall creator experience and ecosystem.

Proficiency in both English and Hindi is preferred. Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a bonus.
Available to dedicate consistent hours each week for calls and follow-ups.

Work Schedule: Flexible working hours: Approximately a maximum of 2–3 hours per day. Interns can choose their working hours based on mutual availability, provided creator calls and follow-ups are completed on time. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for a flexible internship alongside their studies or other commitments.
