Inspired By Dreams is a creator-focused startup that collaborates with influencers to launch official merchandise collections that connect authentically with their audiences. The company supports creators through the complete merchandise journey, from concept development and branding to design and production, while combining creativity, influencer culture, and AI-powered ideation to build impactful creator-led products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Design t-shirts, apparel, and merchandise concepts based on influencer requirements and audience preferences.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to brainstorm creative concepts, slogans, and design directions.
Create polished mockups and merchandise visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Develop original design concepts aligned with influencer branding, market trends, and audience engagement.
Revise and refine designs quickly based on feedback and iteration requirements.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure merchandise designs are production-ready and launch-ready.
Support creative ideation for influencer branding and merchandise campaigns.
Contribute to real-world influencer merchandise projects and creator branding initiatives.

Other requirements
Strong passion for graphic design, creativity, streetwear, or merchandise design.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or related design tools.
Comfort in using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL·E, or similar AI tools.
Strong understanding of aesthetics, color combinations, trends, and visual storytelling.
Interest in influencer culture, creator branding, and the creator economy.
Openness to feedback and the ability to work on quick design iterations.
Self-motivated approach with the ability to manage deadlines in a remote working environment.
Candidates based in Delhi NCR or comfortable collaborating remotely will be preferred.
Interest in combining AI-assisted creativity with traditional design workflows.
