About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Study and analyze winning ad creatives across Meta Ads Library, competitor accounts, and swipe file tools to identify patterns in hooks, formats, and messaging angles
- Write creative briefs for each ad concept- clearly defining the hook, narrative structure, CTA, target audience insight, and the hypothesis being tested
- Coordinate with content creators/editors to get creatives produced quickly and to brief- no ambiguity, no back-and-forth delays
- Set up creative tests inside Meta Ads Manager- organizing ad sets, naming conventions, and ensuring the test is structured to isolate one variable at a time
- Track key creative metrics (Hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPC, CVR) and maintain a running performance log
- Document what worked, what didn't, and why- building an internal creative learning system
- Consistently generate new creative angles and concepts based on data learnings, brand positioning, and market trends
- Maintain and update a creative bank/swipe file organized by niche, format, and objective
