Creative Strategist

About the internship

As a Creative Strategist, you'll work on the thinking behind ads:

why an ad should exist, what it should say, and how it should connect with people.

You'll learn how ideas turn into creatives, how data shapes storytelling, and how brands scale through strong messaging.

This role is for someone who:

Notices why some ads stop them from scrolling

Constantly saves reels, ads, hooks, and brand campaigns

Asks "Why did this work?" and "How can this be better?"

As a Creative Strategist, you'll help turn ideas, observations, and insights into ad concepts that performance marketers can scale.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Research brands, audiences, and competitors.

1. Come up with ad ideas, hooks, and messaging angles.

1. Help build creative briefs for designers and video editors.

1. Think of new content formats for ads (static, video, UGC, reels).

1. Observe how ads perform and learn what works (and why).

1. Collaborate with performance marketers and creative teams.

1. Enjoy storytelling, psychology, trends, and internet culture.

1. Like exploring ideas, formats, and new ways of communicating.
