Role Review Were looking for a Creative Producer who can take an idea and make it happenend to end. From planning shoots to managing edits, youll be the glue between creative thinking and flawless execution. Description

• Own execution of campaigns across video, digital, and social content
• Translate briefs and concepts into clear production plans
• Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and directors to deliver output
• Plan and manage shoots (pre, on-ground, and post-production)
• Build timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage budgets, vendors, and production logistics
• Work closely with client servicing teams to ensure alignment and approvals
• Maintain quality control across all deliverables

Requirements

• 24 years experience in an agency, production house, or content studio
• Strong understanding of video production and social content formats
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Sharp organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communicationcan manage both creative teams and clients
• Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven
