Role Overview : We are looking for a versatile and highly creative Creative Designer who can become an integral part of our marketing team. This role goes beyond graphic designit requires someone who can support every visual communication need of the business, from performance marketing and social media to website design, product communication, brand campaigns, marketplace creatives, presentations, packaging support, and internal marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate understands both aesthetics and business objectives, creating designs that strengthen brand perception, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Branding & Marketing DesignDevelop high-quality visual assets across all marketing channels.Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Purple Life Sciences.Create compelling campaign concepts aligned with brand strategy and positioning.Support product launches, promotions, awareness campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.Performance Marketing CreativesDesign high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, Amazon, and other advertising platforms.Create multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign performance through design.Website and graphic designsDesign website banners, landing pages, product detail page assets, infographics, and visual content.Enhance user experience through clear and engaging design communication.Support marketplace and e-commerce design requirements.Social media and content designCreate engaging static, carousel, and short-form content assets.Develop platform-specific creative concepts aligned with audience behavior.Ensure visual consistency across all social channels.Video and motion graphicsCreate and edit short-form videos, reels, product explainers, and promotional content.Develop motion graphics and animated content for marketing campaigns.Creative innovation and AILeverage AI tools for ideation, image generation, design enhancement, and creative production.Basic Experience needed in Higgsfield AI, Reve AI and willingness to learn more AI-powered creative tools including: Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, Canva AI Suite, CapCut AI, and Figma AI.Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI technologies, and creative best practices. QualificationsBachelors degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.2+ years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or digital marketing design.Strong portfolio showcasing branding, performance marketing, social media, and website design work.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, and related design tools.Working knowledge of video editing and motion design tools.
