What We Are Looking For A creative, curious design thinker who wants to learn by doing. You should bring: Strong foundational skills in graphic design and visual communication Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma An eye for detail and ability to execute your ideas clearly Openness to feedback and willingness to adapt Understanding of how design works across digital platforms and different audiences Enthusiasm, energy, and a collaborative mindset Bonus: Interest in or understanding of media production and digital marketing What You;ll Do Design and create graphics aligned with brand aesthetics and digital-first thinking Collaborate with the core team to develop visual content for client campaigns Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts from brief to execution Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, conceptual ability, and versatility Portfolio pieces can include academic projects, personal work, or freelance projects Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on work Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly Internship Details Duration: 3–6 months (flexible based on your availability and our needs) Type: Paid internship, 5-6 hours, 5 days a week Work mode: In-office (New Delhi) with potential for flexible arrangements You will gain hands-on experience working on real client projects and develop a strong portfolio How To Apply Submit your resume and portfolio at hr@urbantalkies.com.
