Job Description:
- Engage with patients through phone calls, virtual interactions, and other communication channels to provide guidance and support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and caregivers throughout their treatment journey.
- Educate patients about Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), including disease awareness, treatment adherence, lifestyle modifications, and available support resources.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand patient concerns, track progress, and encourage continued engagement with prescribed treatment plans.
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain records in designated systems.
- Coordinate with rheumatologists, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely support for patients.
- Assist in organizing patient awareness programs, educational webinars, community engagement activities, and support group initiatives.
- Identify patient concerns and escalate complex medical or clinical queries to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Gather patient feedback and insights to help improve patient support programs and services.
- Contribute to outreach initiatives aimed at expanding awareness of rheumatological diseases and available support services.
