Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include
- Connect with assigned leads (students/parents) via calls, WhatsApp, or other channels
- Understand student requirements and provide proper course/program guidance
- Counsel students based on their needs, interests, and career goals
- Explain program details, benefits, and career outcomes clearly
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to drive conversions
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Google Sheets
- Handle queries, doubts, and objections professionally
- Work towards achieving weekly/monthly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with the internal team for the smooth onboarding of students
NOTE: This role involves a mix of counselling and sales, requiring consistent follow-ups and target achievement
