We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Desk Intern to support our business travel operations. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for employees across the organization.
Internship Details:
Role: Corporate Travel Desk Intern
Location: Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: INR 25,000 per month
Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, and transport)
Assist employees with travel itineraries, changes, and cancellations
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets
Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, and hotel partners
Maintain travel records, invoices, and expense documentation
Handle travel-related queries and provide timely support
Support visa documentation and travel insurance processes (if applicable)

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (full-time program only)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple requests and work under deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Interest in travel management, operations, or administration
B. Good to Have:
Exposure to travel booking tools or platforms
Understanding of corporate travel policies
Prior internship or experience in operations, admin, or travel coordination
IATA certification
