Airbus is looking for a passionate Corporate Security GRC Leader based in Bangalore, India. Who we are: Airbus is in a competitive and fast moving environment, the security teams have a critical role to play in our company's success. Within Airbus, security topics are managed by our “Corporate Security” department, a transnational organization based in France, UK, Germany and Spain, with a direct link to our global infrastructure, sites & regions (e.g. INDIA, North America, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East...). The security department of ~300 employees are in charge of the protection of people, products and systems. Your Team & Mission operates in a complex ecosystem, it is imperative that we protect our company through security compliance risks and opportunities management.
Responsibilities
Regulations - Anticipate security regulations in relevant geographies, analyse and assess impact on Airbus Businesses.
Contracts - Support for Implementation of security clauses in third party contracts, support actors of security annexes & ensure alignment across divisions
Compliance - Build a security compliance framework centered on a structured internal security referential to face worldwide complexifying regulatory landscape (civil and defence). Monitor compliance across the group.
Risk Management - Support building a security risk framework. Collect, aggregate and report security risks across the group. Connect security risks with all security activities & enable security risks based management.
Digital Technologies - Operate the Software development lifecycle, Agile as well as waterfall from end to end.
Leadership - Leading the local team which involves, monitoring and improving the operational measures in terms of Quality Cost and timeliness.

In the Corporate Security Function, the ‘Security System & Governance Manager(s)’ for Corporate “Security Risk & Compliance" Team will act on all the following security aspects:
- Understand the Airbus strategy, give meaning & goals to ensure team adherence to reach business objectives & customer satisfaction.
- Inspire & develop his/her team.
- Monitor laws & regulations related to Security, including specific security standards & regulations, world wide.
- Focal point for the Airbus procurement organisation around the world and the businesses for security legal topics.
- Support delivery of the Airbus Security Management System and its compliance pillar.
- Provide local risk management support of corporate strategic & tactical risks.
