Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in and online customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycles.
- Handle test rides and vehicle demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Explain pricing, financing, insurance, and ownership transfer processes.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate documentation, RC transfer, and delivery processes.
- Upsell accessories, warranties, and related services.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Keep updated on inventory and market trends.
- Submit daily sales and follow-up reports.
