About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage qualified leads generated through Meta, Google, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calling and follow-ups on existing and new lead databases.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors.
- Understand clients' investment objectives, risk appetite, budget, and preferred investment destinations.
- Advise clients on international real estate opportunities across Dubai, Thailand, Greece, Bali, London, and other markets.
- Recommend suitable investment projects based on client requirements.
- Conduct virtual presentations, investment consultations, and property briefings.
- Prepare and share project presentations, pricing details, payment plans, and investment proposals.
- Coordinate with developer sales teams to obtain the latest inventory, pricing, offers, incentives, and availability.
- Assist clients throughout the booking and property purchase process.
