We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting LinkedIn outreach, managing lead databases, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and follow-up campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, interest level, and buying intent.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Track outreach activities, monitor pipeline progress, and update lead statuses.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
