We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting LinkedIn outreach, managing lead databases, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound lead generation strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to build a consistent sales pipeline.

Day-to-Day Tasks
Research and identify potential prospects matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Build prospect databases through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources.
Conduct daily LinkedIn outreach and connection campaigns.
Send personalized messages and follow-up communications.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and buying intent.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
Track outreach activities and update lead statuses.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified opportunities.
Prepare daily and weekly outreach reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Strong understanding of early-career Product Management roles, including PM Intern, APM, Product Analyst, Product Operations, Growth, and Founder’s Office positions.
Ability to assess whether a hiring opportunity is relevant for students and early-career PM candidates.
