- We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Corporate Counsellor to support employee well being and mental wellness within the organization.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate environment, managing a large employee population, and providing professional counseling services to help employees improve their effectiveness, productivity, and
- overall workplace satisfaction.
- The Corporate Counsellor will work closely with employees, HR teams, and management to identify concerns, provide guidance, and develop initiatives that promote a healthy and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential counseling and emotional support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.
- Assess employee well-being and recommend appropriate support strategies and interventions.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and maintain accurate documentation of cases while ensuring confidentiality.
- Design and facilitate employee wellness programs, workshops, and awareness sessions focused on mental health, stress management, and work-life balance.
- Support employees in improving workplace effectiveness, performance, and productivity.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify and address employee well-being concerns.
- Handle a large employee population and provide timely support to employees across different functions.
- Monitor workplace trends related to employee engagement, stress, and morale and provide actionable recommendations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee mental health and overall well-being.
- Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution when required.Required Skills:
- Strong counseling, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

- Ability to build trust and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple employee cases effectively.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Corporate Counsellor, Employee Wellness
