Key Responsibilities
- Academic planning and curriculum implementation
- Team management and mentoring of teachers
- Effective decision-making for academic and administrative matters
- Planning and management of school activities, events, competitions etc.
- Ensuring classroom management and student engagement
- Coordinating assessments, parent communication, and school operations
- Promoting a positive and holistic learning environment
Qualifications
- Postgraduate/Graduate with B.Ed.
- Minimum 3 years of Coordinatorship experience in a CBSE school
