We are looking for a confident, warm, and engaging Conversation Specialist who can connect with users and make every interaction feel natural, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead engaging 1:1 conversations with users on the FRND app.
- Keep interactions lively, positive, and meaningful across a variety of everyday topics.
- Make users feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable from the very first minute.
- Conduct sessions via secure audio/video sessions within the app.
- Maintain a friendly, consistent presence that users look forward to returning to.
