SOW Initiation and Processing: Draft, track and manage updates/revisions for Statement of Work (SOW) packetswhich includes SOW, services estimate, risk checks and defined approvals fromdraft to executionCreate SOW by leveraging approved templates or create custom SOW whereneededAdhere to defined writing guidelines and guardrailsClarify SOW requirements with as neededManage contract risk and escalate to in accordance withcontracting proceduresReview and process SOWs following defined contracting procedures forPSO through backend systemsProcess SOWs through defined approval chains and escalate toapprovers as needed in accordance with defined contracting proceduresCreate and close subcontractor SOWs (inbound contracts), if applicableEnsure SOWs are compliant with legal, sales compliance standards and local laws Opportunity ManagementValidate and configure opportunities and quotes in backend systems Order Form Processing:Generate legal agreement (Order Form)Manage Order Forms from initiation to closure through Google backend systemsRaise issues with approved legal language and improve existing SOW legal language components with the aim to create a database of pre-approved SOW legal language for efficient and quick SOW creationProcess Order Form through legal reviews and defined approval chains and escalate to approvers as needed in accordance with defined procedures Operational Support:Collaborate and assist with system reporting and testing of workflows as requested, for contracting and opportunity management processes. Skills requirement 2+ years of experience in Contract Management in a tech environment (Not mandate)Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and open communication at all levels of the organization Education & Professional BackgroundCollege Degree, BA, BS, or BBA
