Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for Supports the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology. Serve as a key technical training resource in the assigned area.

The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Power Business to be based at BANGALORE, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Technical Training & Knowledge Management Develop and deliver internal and external technical training programs on products, systems, and services, including periodic training sessions for sales teams, customers, and channel partners, while maintaining training records and documentation.

- Technical Solutions & Customer Support Lead technical analysis and diagnostic studies to identify and recommend the most appropriate solutions that address customer requirements and application challenges.

- Technical Presentations & Demonstrations Prepare and conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions on complex product and application topics for both internal stakeholders and customers.

- Compliance, Safety & Governance Ensure adherence to ABB’s Code of Conduct, core values, safety standards, policies, and statutory requirements while supporting continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance.

- People Leadership & Team Development Build, lead, and develop an effective technical team by ensuring appropriate organization, staffing, capability development, and coaching of direct and indirect team members in line with HR policies and business objectives.
